To check your status, go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number.
If you have paid for insurance and tracking of your goods, you will receive a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the courier company Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments.
You can keep track of the status of your order. One of the following status will be displayed.
# Awaiting Payment Confirmation
Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway during the order process. Your order will get in the manufacturing process after we get the confirmation.
# Payment Failure / Not Authorized
Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case if any clarifications are required. Order Cancelled
Your order has been declined from our system. Your payment account has not been charged for the order.
# Awaiting Measurements / Other Details
Our orders department is waiting for your measurements and other instructions. Please submit your measurements as soon as possible so that your order work process can be started as soon as possible.
# Under stitching
We have received your measurements. Your garments are being stitched.
# Awaiting shipment
Your payment has been confirmed from our payment gateway. Your order is in manufacturing process. If the item is available in stock, then it will be shipped in 2-3 days otherwise 12-15 days will be required.
# Order Partially Shipped
Your order has been partially shipped. You may get the tracking number from our shipping department at email@example.com
# Order Shipped
Your order has been shipped. You may get the tracking number from our shipping department. firstname.lastname@example.org
# Order Delivered
Your order has been signed and accepted by the received.
